People We’ve Helped

“Best thing that could have happened to me financially was to have you look after me.  – B. G.”

“To Those Seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney:

“My bankruptcy was contested by a debtor who filed a Complaint for Nondischargeability.  Since I was literally bankrupt, I tried to settle the case by myself.  John Faucher was helpful with my attempts and would respond to my email questions quickly and without charge.  In the end, the task was too much.  The legal jargon is not something that can just be looked up in a legal dictionary.  One term may refer to an entire process consisting of a great many steps.  The steps are not clear and the processes are not clear to the uninitiated.  Obtaining free legal help, even though bankrupt, was not possible if you still own property, such as the house that you live in.

“I finally asked Mr. Faucher to finish the case for me.  He went to court and won my case.  The case was not difficult, in my opinion, I had done much of the research myself and handed him the documentation of all of my counter-arguments.  However, there were many more motions to file, conversations with the opposing attorney, and finally the case itself.  The reason that, in the end, I obtained a favorable decision was because Mr. Faucher knew the procedural steps and how to affect them and he was familiar with the quirks, style, and mindset of the judge that decided the case.  I would recommend Mr. Faucher as an excellent attorney in the area of Bankruptcy Law.

“Sincerely,
