Welcome to Hurlbett and Faucher LLP.
We focus on bankruptcy law in Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, and Los Angeles counties: helping local debtors get discharged from debt, helping creditors recover what they are entitled from bankrupt estates, helping settle disputes between debtors, creditors, and bankruptcy trustees. We know the bankruptcy code and the people who make the process work in the bankruptcy courts in Santa Barbara and Woodland Hills.
We are attorneys. We are licensed to practice in any courtroom in California, and some in other states as well. We sometimes take cases outside of bankruptcy just to keep our skills sharp and to help our clients. Some of the other things we do include family-law conservatorships, state-court collection litigation, tax audit and collection disputes, and issues involving wineries. But our main focus is bankruptcy and its issues: foreclosures, repossessions, lien notices.
We live and work in the region from Los Angeles to San Luis Obispo. We have offices in Santa Barbara, Westlake Village, and Arroyo Grande. We have effectively represented clients in most areas of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties.
